Building Contractor and PSCS responsible for energy upgrade works to approximately 430 mainly tenanted local authority houses including attic insulation and ventialtion, cavity wall insulation and room ventilation, and draughtproofing
A key element to the success of the project was the ongoing and constructive liaison with the tenants, owners, tenant representative bodies, and the client and their representatives to ensure that the work in this live environment caused the least disruption possible to those affected and that all aspects of Health & Safety were closely monitored and managed
