PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Three Refurbishment Schemes, L; M; N

Building Contractor and PSCS responsible for all aspects of regeneration / remedial works to 85 mainly occupied local authority dwellings across three seperate refurbishment works schemes.  The works involved re-wiring, re-plumbing, internal and external plaster work and decoration, removal and licennsed disposal of asbestos, attic and wall insulation, joinery, supply and fit of new windows, external doors, fascia, soffit and RWG, ground works, work to property and estate boundaries and landscaping

A key element to the success of the project was the ongoing and constructive liaison with the tenants, owners, tenant representative bodies, and the client and their representatives to ensure that the work in this live environment caused the least disruption possible to those affected and that all aspects of Health & Safety were closely monitored and managed
